Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Scientific Education Managerto lead and execute country-level education programs, support business growth across clinical and digital product lines, and ensure compliance in KOL and educational engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team on customer visits to provide clinical insights and strengthen engagement

Design and execute scientific education programs (e.g. workshops, mini-classes, hands-on events, demos) aligned with sales targets and marketing plans.

Manage and expand relationships with KOLs, universities, and dental clinics across Vietnam.

Lead clinical education for clinical product lines.

Plan and support initiatives such as:

• Hands-on KOL events
• Scientific mini-classes
• Activation in chain clinics and university partnerships
• Product tender support with sub-dealers
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support VOC, product training, and localized content creation.

Qualifications

Degree in Dentistry

Strong communication and organizational skills

Fluent in English and Vietnamese

Ability to travel within Vietnam
