Job Description:

End-to-end shop operations execution
Operational issue resolution & process improvement
Manage and oversee day-to-day shop operations for assigned clusters/shops
Ensure compliance with SOPs, templates, and workflow requirements
Handle operational issues, workflow frictions and escalate critical issues or exceptions where needed
Drive/Support process improvement and automation initiatives to reduce manual workload
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as BD, Pricing, Product, and other supporting functions

Requirements:

Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, shop operations, commercial operations, or related fields
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable working with trackers, templates, spreadsheets, and process documentation
Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle operational frictions
Good communications and stakeholder management skills
Can collaborate and work well within and with other teams
