Prepare and process Purchase Orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with approved requisitions.
Coordinate with Clients and cross-functional teams (Warehouse, Finance, Business Development) to secure timely and complete order fulfillment.
Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and stock allocation to support smooth daily operations.
Support ad-hoc operational requests from Clients.
Client Relationship Management
Act as the main point of contact with Clients; build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships.
Identify and address potential issues early.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational problems and ensure client satisfaction.
Ensure timely resolution of any concerns related to SBS performance.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce fulfillment. Experience in client management and/or people leadership is a strong plus.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics/Business, or Foreign Trade.
Proven experience in stakeholder management, client-facing roles, and problem-solving.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Proficient in reporting and operations processes; skilled in MS Office and Google Sheet.

Comfortable leading cross-functional collaboration and managing multiple priorities.
