The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within defined scope, schedule, and budget. This role works closely with business and technical stakeholders to coordinate activities, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of project objectives. The position is well suited for an early-career project manager who can independently manage small to medium initiatives or support larger programs.

Our Team

We are a global team with end-to-end responsibility for Molex ERP systems that is focused on leveraging digital and technological solutions to drive innovation and efficiency across Molex's supply chain, operations, finance, and other core capabilities. We lead ERP initiatives, focusing on solution architecture, delivery, and execution of key global projects that modernize our core ERP solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Plan, track, and manage project activities across the full project lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and action-item tracking
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, and timelines
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, prepare agendas, and document decisions and next steps
  • Identify, document, and track risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as appropriate
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders on a regular cadence
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost through defined change control processes
  • Ensure project documentation is organized and maintained (plans, RAID logs, RACI, etc.)
  • Support vendor or system integrator coordination when applicable
  • Ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements and obtain stakeholder signoff

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with common project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, or similar)

What Will Put You Ahead


  • Experience supporting technology, process improvement, or transformation projects
  • Exposure to risk management, change management, or vendor coordination
  • Project Management certification or coursework (e.g., CAPM, PMP coursework, Agile fundamentals)
