Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and execute sales campaigns, identifying new methods to address business issues related to growth.
- Guide and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and BI teams to align the capabilities of the sales force with business objectives.
- Support the design, coordination, and implementation of projects related to sales force effectiveness to drive SPX's business goals.
- Monitor, track, and maintain data accuracy, sales metrics, and create reports and analyses to support decision-making.
- Create and implement processes to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
- Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the company as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar field, preferably in the e-logistic industry
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to perform data analysis and interpretation and manage data complexity.
- Ability to work independently, flexible, innovative and result oriented
