- We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will focus on building sophisticated custom applications on the Salesforce Core Platform.
- This is a unique growth opportunity: you will work directly under the leadership and mentorship of a Certified Technical Architect (CTA). You will be expected to deliver high-quality code while receiving world-class coaching on enterprise patterns, scalable architecture, and platform best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Custom Development: Build and maintain end-to-end solutions using Apex (Triggers, Controllers, Asynchronous processing) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Front-End Excellence: Develop modern, responsive, and performant user interfaces
- that leverage the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and modern CSS/JavaScript.
- Platform Optimization: Utilize Core Platform features (Flow, Platform Events, Custom Metadata) to build robust business logic.
- Architectural Alignment: Follow technical designs and patterns established by the Technical Architect, ensuring code is bulkified, secure, and maintainable.
- API & Integrations: Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs to connect Salesforce with external business systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in rigorous code reviews and architectural discussions to sharpen your technical skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of professional Salesforce development experience.
- Apex & LWC Mastery: Strong proficiency in writing clean, unit-tested Apex and building complex components using the LWC framework.
- Front-End Skillset: Solid understanding of modern Web Standards (ES6+, HTML5,
- CSS3). You should have a UI-first mindset for creating intuitive user experiences.
- English Communication:Excellent English skills are mandatory. You must be able to articulate technical challenges and collaborate effectively in a global team environment.
- Core Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Salesforce objects, security models (Profiles/Permission Sets), and Governor Limits.
- Tools: Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks outside of Salesforce (e.g., React or Vue).
- Understanding of Event-Driven Architecture
