Job Description – Growth Acquistion Lead

Position Overview
As the company enters its next growth phase, we are introducing a newly developed position focused on market expansion, strategic acquisition, lead generation systems, and revenue growth execution.
This role is not a traditional sales leadership position. The Growth Acquisition Lead will act as both a revenue driver and growth developer responsible for identifying opportunities, building acquisition strategies, expanding business channels, and strengthening MYSPA's market presence within the beauty and wellness ecosystem.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue Growth & Business Acquisition
- Actively acquire new clients, strategic partners, affiliates, and business opportunities for MYSPA.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies across both online and offline channels.
- Build acquisition pipelines targeting Spa, Clinic, Aesthetic Institute, and Beauty business owners.
- Identify new commercial opportunities, market gaps, and expansion channels.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to convert qualified leads into revenue.
- Participate directly in high value sales discussions, negotiations, and business presentations.
- Develop strategic outreach plans to increase conversion opportunities and partnership growth.
- Monitor acquisition performance, lead quality, conversion efficiency, and revenue contribution.
Growth Strategy Development
- Act as the pioneer of the Growth Acquisition function within MYSPA.
- Build and improve internal acquisition workflows, prospecting structures, and growth execution processes.
- Develop scalable approaches for lead sourcing, affiliate acquisition, and partnership expansion.
- Work closely with Management to identify new business directions and market opportunities.
- Recommend new acquisition initiatives aligned with company growth objectives.
- Analyze competitor activities, market behavior, and customer acquisition trends.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Support the Sales team in executing growth campaigns and business acquisition activities.
- Contribute to building a performance driven and opportunity focused culture.
- Provide guidance and practical strategies related to lead generation and business acquisition.
- Participate in recruitment discussions for future expansion of the Growth Acquisition function.
- Other duties assigned by the Board of Directors.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Growth-related positions.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Team Lead or equivalent role with proven business acquisition performance.
- Strong background in lead generation strategy, client acquisition, and business development execution.
- Proven ability to independently create acquisition opportunities instead of relying only on inbound leads.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, Software, Technology, or System Management industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, prospecting systems, lead qualification, and conversion strategies.
- Demonstrated capability in developing partnerships, affiliate channels, and commercial networks.
- Confident in direct selling, high value negotiations, and business presentations.
- Strong market awareness with ability to identify growth opportunities and expansion channels.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution ability in fast paced and performance driven environments.
- Existing network within the beauty, wellness, technology, or software industry is a strong advantage.
- Self-driven, highly proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- English communication is a must.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary & Incentives
- Total Income: 25,000,000 – 45,000,000 VND/month based on KPI performance
- Base Salary: 15,000,000 – 25,000,000 VND
- Incentives Sales commission + Growth performance bonuses
