Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Lead with fluency in Korean to spearhead our sales initiatives and expand our market presence. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding a team of sales professionals, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Your ability to analyze market trends and negotiate effectively will be crucial in driving our revenue growth and achieving our strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to prepare accurate revenue forecasts and strategic sales plans.
  • Proactively identify, prospect, and manage potential clients, building a robust sales pipeline to support business growth.
  • Lead negotiations on business terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored consultative solutions.
  • Mentor and lead the sales team, setting clear performance goals, providing regular feedback, and driving the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Leverage Korean language skills to effectively communicate, negotiate, and build relationships with Korean-speaking clients and partners.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Native or professional working proficiency in spoken and written Korean to effectively manage Korean-speaking client portfolios.
  • Strong business communication skills in English, demonstrated by a TOEIC score of 750+ (or equivalent certification/proficiency).
  • Strong ability to analyze market data, interpret trends, and translate them into actionable sales strategies and revenue forecasts.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client consultation skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team.
