Job Description

Role And Responsibilities

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and project delivery.

  • Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, and related documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., technical, logistics, finance) to ensure timely project execution.
  • Maintain and update sales data, project pipeline, and customer records in the system.
  • Assist in monitoring project progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Communicate with clients for basic inquiries, documentation, and follow-ups under sales guidance.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks to support sales and project activities.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 02 years of experience in Sales Administration/ Sales Support
  • Good communication & Business English (Report directly to Korean Product Director)
  • Careful, detail-oriented & task organizing skills
  • Good data management & analysis skills
  • Willing to learn, adapt and to be flexible in new environment
