Sales Supervisor/Representative

Work location: Hanoi, Vietnam

At Duvel Moortgat, we are a Belgian family-owned group of craft breweries, known for our high-quality specialty beers. We started our activities in Vietnam 2 years ago and are growing quickly.

Our team here works in a dynamic and flexible way, similar to a startup, while being supported by a strong international company.

To support our growth, we are looking for a sales supervisor/ representative who is target-oriented, positive, and enjoys working in a fast-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, including restaurants, bars, retailers and other hospitality establishments.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.

• Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling Duvel Moortgat products.

• Perfectly execute and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the beverage industry.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.

• Knowledge of the Hanoi market and familiarity with local distribution channels is preferred.

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.

• Passion and Self-drive: Driven by passion to deliver quality in everything that you do, day in and out. You see work, and are self-motivated.

• Proactive Mindset: You possess a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, allowing you to address challenges effectively and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
