Job Objective
The Sales Supervisor is expected to lead the sales team effectively, drive business growth, and contribute to the overall success of the organization by achieving sales targets and fostering strong client relationships.
To train, guide, and manage the sales team (Account Executives, AEs) in their daily activities, develop effective sales strategies to boost performance, and provide necessary sales support. Additionally, to develop and maintain personal clients.
Major Responsibilities
- Motivate, coach, mentor, double-call and provide ongoing support to team members to help them achieve team goals.
- Ensuring daily operations run smoothly of the sales team
- Supporting the execution of strategies set by the manager/head of sales
- Lead the team to achieve the company-defined sales performance indicators.
- Monitor, supervise, and push the team to meet sales targets and other performance metrics.
- Provide effective and timely training on sales and market trends to team members.
- Guide the team in delivering the most effective foreign trade promotion solutions to clients.
- Accompany AEs during client visits (either by phone or in person), provide guidance, and assist in effective client communication.
- Recruit new team members, provide career development, manage daily personnel tasks, enhance team cohesion, and build an efficient sales team.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the exhibition industry, with a deep understanding of trends, challenges, and best practices in Vietnam market
- Good command of Mandarin and English is essential.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to build relationships in a diverse environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to change.
