Job Description

Job Title: Sales Specialist - Forklift

Location: Vietnam

Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion & Customer Development:

  • Conduct market research, identify and develop new clients, analyze customer needs, and maintain relationships with existing customers in the region.

Channel Development & Management:

  • Establish and maintain a network of distributors and agents, optimize channel structure, and improve channel efficiency.

Opportunity Pipeline & Communication:

  • Identify potential business opportunities in the region and provide timely, accurate market insights and customer requirements to the Product Manager and Regional Director.

Sales Support & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to provide sales support, coordinate with technical and after-sales teams to resolve customer issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and execute creative marketing promotions tailored to regional market characteristics to strengthen brand influence.

After-Sales Issue Coordination:

  • Work closely with the Service Manager to promptly respond to customer after-sales requests, coordinate internal resources to ensure issue resolution, and improve satisfaction and loyalty.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Adhere to local laws and regulations, ensure all sales activities are compliant, and mitigate trade-related risks.
