Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and develop new B2B leads (brands, manufacturers, distributors, formulators) in assigned markets and segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular outreach and consultative selling.
  • Present product capabilities (fish collagen, vegan collagen, proteins, sweeteners, food additives, amino acids, etc.) and explain technical benefits and quality controls clearly.
  • Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, quotations and follow up to close deals.
  • Coordinate with technical, QC and supply teams to ensure client requirements (specs, testing, certifications) are met.
  • Support sample requests, trials, and feedback collection from clients.
  • Track sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and report performance to management.
  • Attend virtual meetings, online trade events and, occasionally, onsite client visits when needed.
  • Contribute ideas to marketing, product positioning and customer success initiatives.

Who we are looking for:

  • Earlycareer candidates (24 years experience) with strong drive and a willingness to learn and grow quickly.
  • Passionate about sales, relationship building and the ingredients/nutrition/beauty industries.
  • Selfmotivated, energetic, and ready to commit effort to achieve targets.
  • Comfortable working remotely with strong time management and communication skills.
  • Good command of English (verbal & written) for international communication.
  • Commercial mindset: negotiation, objection handling and closing orientation.
  • Curious and technically inclined able to learn product specs and quality control concepts and explain them to clients.
  • Proactive team player and problem solver.

Nice to have:

  • Prior exposure to B2B sales, sourcing, procurement or account management in ingredients, FMCG, cosmetics, nutraceuticals, or food manufacturing.
  • Basic understanding of product testing, certifications (ISO, HACCP, GMP) or supply chain processes.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office.

What we offer:

  • Base Salary: 35.000.000 38.000.000 VND/month.
  • KPIs Bonus: 20 50% of the monthly salary (based on performance/sales targets).
  • Full insurance package salary.
  • Full-time remote working mode.
