Responsible for the development, maintenance, and management of overseas clients; promote product publicity and marketing to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction. Products include, but are not limited to, float glass, photovoltaic glass, energy-saving glass, and other company products.
Implement client development plans based on overseas market marketing strategies, policies, and sales tactics, ensuring the achievement of targets and plans.
Research and analyze overseas market trends; regularly conduct market surveys, analysis, and forecasts; collect intelligence on competitors and understand customer needs.
Develop overseas marketing strategies, policies, and sales plans (management level).
Guide and supervise the direction and progress of sales in various overseas regions; promptly resolve issues arising during the marketing process (management level).
Responsible for building the overseas marketing team, including but not limited to team formation, personnel training, work guidance, and performance assessment (management level).
Lead the sales team in developing and maintaining key accounts, ensuring the completion of the company&aposs annual sales plan (management level).
Carry out other tasks assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or above, major not specified. Proficiency in English and/or other languages as a working language is preferred.
Open to candidates from various roles and business sectors. Sales experience or overseas work/study experience is a plus.
Target-oriented, with strong professional ethics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle pressure.
