You'll Create Impact By
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on securing and managing project sales within assigned territories and industry markets.
- Proactively identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding our market share in key Electrification & Automation segments.
- Cultivating long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders in project developments, positioning us as the preferred partner for foundational infrastructure.
- Conducting in-depth market analysis within designated industry segments to inform tailored sales strategies for project implementations.
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling our broader technology portfolio by collaborating with other divisions to offer holistic, integrated solutions.
- Serving as a trusted technical advisor to customers, leveraging deep knowledge of EA products and solutions.
- Gathering and analyzing market intelligence, including trends, competitor activities, and business outlook.
- Collaborating effectively with internal teams (engineering, project management, customer service) to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Your Defining Qualities
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- You have a minimum of 2+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, pre-sales, technical sales, business development, or account management, preferably within Electrification, Industrial or Infrastructure.
- You possess a proven track record of successfully selling and managing solutions for various projects or infrastructure developments.
- You demonstrate the ability to understand, articulate, and sell integrated solutions across a broad technology portfolio, with experience collaborating across different business units.
- You have direct experience in developing and executing sales strategies for specific industry verticals (e.g., Data Centers, Manufacturing, Utilities) for project implementations.
- You have a strong understanding of Electrical products, systems, and solutions (e.g., MV/LV switchgear, protection relays).
- You exhibit excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- You are fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- You are highly customer-centric, assertive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a strong commitment to achieving objectives.
