Job Description: Sales Admin (Sales Support Staff)
1. Sales Support Activities:
- Manage, monitor, and process orders from receipt to delivery.
- Prepare sales documents, quotations, contracts, and related paperwork.
- Track delivery progress and assist customers in case of any issues that arise.
2. Customer Data Management:
- Update and store customer and partner information in the CRM system or Excel.
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers.
3. Reporting and Business Analytics:
- Prepare regular sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Analyze business data to support the development of sales strategies.
4. Internal Coordination:
- Work closely with the sales, accounting, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure prompt order processing.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to support promotional programs and events.
5. Customer Relationship Management:
- Address and resolve customer complaints or inquiries related to products or services.
- Provide product information and offer consultations when necessary.
6. Other Administrative Tasks:
- Manage and store business documents and records.
- Organize meetings and schedules for the sales department.
