Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Specialist (Chinese-Desk) to join our team on-site at our office in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing top-tier customer service. You will also assist in training and guiding clients on products and solutions, as well as supporting sales management activities for the Chinese market.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build rapport with clients and address their needs effectively.
• Proven experience in Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
• Proficiency in Training and Sales Management to guide clients and contribute to the broader sales strategy.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, to support communication with Chinese-speaking clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of the industry and regional market is a plus.
