Working location: Headquarter, Binh Thanh Dist, Ho Chi Minh City.

Job Detail

Market analysis & Sales strategy (60%)
Tracking & know exactly the market situation of Branch / Sales Center/ Brand / CAT
Sales forecasting & planning Monthly, Quarterly sales targets & accompanying support
Prepare process, necessary indicators to track sales strategy & feedback (daily, weekly, monthly)
Analyze the results & evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy & expense
Work-with with Sales Man weekly, working together with Sales Man & seeing the results and efficiency
Report performance results and evaluation
New products launching (40%)
Follow up new product launching schedule, cooperate with MKT and related section on preparation progress.
Build sales strategy & Planning supply & requirements for products.
Plan to provide the samples product & monitor implementation.
Making new product training documents, videos & tracking implementation, effective of training
Building processes related to tracking results, new product effectiveness.
Collecting survey feedback on new products, share & exchange with relevant departments

Graduated from University with major in: Economics, BA, Marketing,....
Have at least 2 years of experience in related role such as Sales performance, Sales analysis, ...
Have knowledge of Sales Planning/MKT/Economics/experience relating to and support for position.
Good at using excel, Power BI is a plus
Proactive, eager to learn corporate, team work and self-motivated individual at the same time
Ability to work independently, under high pressure and tight deadline.
Comfortable to work with multi-level analyses and presentations.
