Working hour: Monday - Friday (8AM-5:30PM)

Working location: Headquarter, Binh Thanh Dist, Ho Chi Minh City.

Job Detail

  • Market analysis & Sales strategy (60%)
  • Tracking & know exactly the market situation of Branch / Sales Center/ Brand / CAT
  • Sales forecasting & planning Monthly, Quarterly sales targets & accompanying support
  • Prepare process, necessary indicators to track sales strategy & feedback (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Analyze the results & evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy & expense
  • Work-with with Sales Man weekly, working together with Sales Man & seeing the results and efficiency
  • Report performance results and evaluation
  • New products launching (40%)
  • Follow up new product launching schedule, cooperate with MKT and related section on preparation progress.
  • Build sales strategy & Planning supply & requirements for products.
  • Plan to provide the samples product & monitor implementation.
  • Making new product training documents, videos & tracking implementation, effective of training
  • Building processes related to tracking results, new product effectiveness.
  • Collecting survey feedback on new products, share & exchange with relevant departments

  • Graduated from University with major in: Economics, BA, Marketing,....
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in related role such as Sales performance, Sales analysis, ...
  • Have knowledge of Sales Planning/MKT/Economics/experience relating to and support for position.
  • Good at using excel, Power BI is a plus
  • Proactive, eager to learn corporate, team work and self-motivated individual at the same time
  • Ability to work independently, under high pressure and tight deadline.
  • Comfortable to work with multi-level analyses and presentations.
