Reports to: Sales Strategy Manager
Position Overview:
The Sales Planning Specialist is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive the growth of the company's products and services. This role requires close collaboration with marketing, product development, and sales teams to analyze market trends, formulate effective sales plans, and monitor their execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis and Research: Collect and analyze market data to understand industry trends and competitive landscape, providing data support for sales strategies.
- Sales Plan Development: Based on market analysis results, develop detailed sales plans and targets to ensure the achievement of the company's sales objectives.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage the sales budget reasonably when developing sales plans to achieve optimal sales results.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure that sales strategies align with the company's overall strategy.
- Sales Activity Monitoring and Analysis: Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of sales activities, adjusting as needed to ensure that sales targets are met.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain good relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Reporting and Feedback: Regularly generate sales reports to update superiors on the execution and performance of sales strategies, and provide improvement suggestions.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Work Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in sales strategy development and execution. Experience in the SaaS industry is preferred.
- Skills Required: Excellent data analysis, planning, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with personnel at different levels and departments. Proficiency in Chinese is a must.
