We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support MAP BU's sales effectiveness by managing sales processes, data analysis, forecasting, and CRM systems to ensure sales execution aligns with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and improve sales processes for the Sales team.
- Analyze sales data to build sales forecasts, plans, and target allocation.
- Support identification of target customers and new sales opportunities.
- Manage and optimize CRM systems to maximize sales opportunities and customer relationships.
- Develop sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or similar roles.
- Experience working in technology, software, data, or digital-related companies is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of sales forecasting and financial reports (P&L).
- Experience with CRM systems and Excel/BI tools is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills.

Attractive Salary: 18-25mil VND
Working Location: Tran Phu, Cho Quan Ward (District 5), HCMC
