SCOPE OF WORKKey Responsibilities: Owning and driving the end-to-end Commercial Lifecycle1/ Commercial Documentation & Contract Management:
- Prepare, review, and manage all commercial documents including NDA/NCA, MOU, SOW, SLA, Framework Agreements, and Commercial Contracts.
- Translate Business Proposals into accurate contractual documents, ensuring alignment with agreed scope, timeline, and pricing.
- Customize and adjust contract terms based on client requirements, including handling non-template and complex cases in the company's best interest
2/ Pricing & Contract Alignment:
- Work closely with Business and Delivery teams to ensure consistency between proposal, contract, and actual delivery.
- Validate scope, pricing, and timeline to prevent commercial discrepancies and risks.
3/ Procurement & Bidding Support:
- Analyze RFP/RFQ requirements and prepare tailored bidding documents for each opportunity.
- Handle diverse and non-standard documentation requirements, especially for BFSI or Government-related projects.
4/ Deal Closure Execution:
- Coordinate the full contract finalization process (Draft → Review → Revise → Finalize → Signing).
- Proactively follow up with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely contract execution.
- Understand and navigate client-specific approval and signing procedures.
5/ Commercial Execution & Payment Control:
- Set up and manage payment milestones based on contractual terms.
- Coordinate with Delivery teams to ensure all acceptance criteria or required reports are completed before issuing Payment Requests (PR).
- Track payment status, manage cash collection, and actively follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
6/ Change Request & Contract Update:
- Manage Change Requests (CR) and contract addendums for any scope changes during project execution.
- Assess and validate in-scope vs. out-of-scope items and update commercial documents accordingly.
7/ Contract Closure & Completion:
- Perform contract closure procedures, including validating delivered scope against contractual commitments.
- Prepare Contract Closure Records and Final Acceptance Documents.
- Ensure all commercial obligations are fully completed before closing the contract.
REQUIREMENTS- 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Account Manager, Commercial Operations, or Contract Management, preferably in a B2B or IT services environment
- Proven ability to manage the end-to-end commercial lifecycle, including contract drafting, deal execution, payment tracking, and closure
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts and terms, with the ability to review, adapt, and handle customized or non-template agreements
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Business, Delivery, Legal, Finance) and directly with clients to align requirements and drive deal progress
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to handle ambiguous and complex scenarios, especially in contract negotiation and bidding processes
- High level of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and timelines
