Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position will be primarily focus on asset management works of mix-use development project including commercial components such as parking, shopping mall, office for lease, serviced apartment and hotel.

  • Manage multiples application dossiers for project's licenses: coordination with other departments to collect info, filling out government reporting templates, spell check, re-format, review & execute design drawings and reports.

  • Ensure comprehensive due diligence processes following company standards for external and chosen partners/operators - including preparing PowerPoint file and doing presentation

  • Ensure good coordination in procurement financial and accounting process - for local entities as well as offshore entities

  • Using given templates, drafting & review contract, memorandum, agreementsextensively.

  • Set up meetings, tracking works and record, take minutes and handle documentation for intensive schedule of design coordination meetings.

  • Tracking progress with third parties and internal departments to push for timely completion of tasks. Coordinate well with all teams to ensure assigned tasks are delivered to the expected standard and compliances.

  • Take charge of due diligence procedures (anti bribery, ESG, sanctions, codes of conduct, vendor background checks...), coordinating with in-house as well as externals parties in Vietnam and Singapore and Japan - including preparing PowerPoint file and doing presentation

  • Support in reviewing all procedures & documentation - to make sure all business activities are aligned with local laws and regulations

  • Require extensive reading, study & summarize the current laws and regulations which have impacts on our business monitor and update on any changes or new laws and regulations which may have further impacts on our business - including preparing PowerPoint file and doing presentation

  • Prepare & update various corporate reports - including preparing PowerPoint file and doing presentation

  • Support in materials preparation for all auditing requests - and working with either internally or externally auditors for assigned scope of works - including preparing PowerPoint file and doing presentation

  • Support in tracking expenditures, participate in seeking approval for various budgets undefined

  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, or Cost & Contract or Science, Law or Business related

  • Field of study: Business Administration, Real estate, Law, Cost & Contract or Statistic

  • 4- 5 years of property or project management experience, familiar with multinational corporation's guidelines & procedures

  • Good understanding of real estate market

  • Strong business acumen

  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work under pressure

  • Evidence of strong communication skills, written and verbal in English.

  • Excellent in commercial and negotiation skills, time management skills.

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders/local authority.

  • Open & can-do mindset, driven to achieve.

  • Change management

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Proactive and adaptable.
