Sales Operations Manager
Operations Strategy & Target Management
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly operational plans based on company strategy
- Break down business goals into actionable KPIs, including acquisition, conversion, retention, renewal, and referrals
- Monitor performance and ensure operational targets are met
User Lifecycle Management
- Manage and optimize the full user journey from acquisition to renewal and referral
- Build user segmentation and tiered management systems to improve LTV and long-term value
- Design targeted operational strategies and campaigns for different user stages
Process & System Development
- Establish and improve standardized operational processes, SOPs, and internal policies
- Align systems, data, and workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Continuously improve cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Service teams
Data-Driven Optimization & Review
- Build and manage core operational metrics and reporting systems
- Conduct regular data analysis and business reviews to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement based on data insights and performance results
Team Management & Development
- Build, train, and manage the operations team (User Operations / Renewal / Retention)
- Define clear roles, responsibilities, and targets to improve team productivity
- Develop a sustainable talent pipeline and reduce reliance on individual contributors
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations, User Operations, or related fields
- At least 2 years of team management experience
- Experience in ToC, EdTech, Internet, or service-based industries is preferred

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building operational systems from scratch (0 to 1)
- Proven success in refined operations, growth operations, or partner operations
- Hands-on experience with data tools, CRM, and operation systems
- Experience in startups or fast-growing companies
- Fluent English, Chinese is a plus
