Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive with a technical background to lead marketing initiatives and support business development efforts. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of working experience and is passionate about building brand presence, executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with the sales team to drive growth in AIoT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Development
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to strengthen DeltaFrontier's brand presence in regional markets.
- Support digital marketing efforts, including content creation, social media management, newsletters, and event coordination.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Work closely with the regional team to produce case studies, brochures, and marketing collateral.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
Sales & Account Management
- Support business growth by managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Support the identification and qualification of new business opportunities in smart building and digital transformation sectors.
- Participate in client meetings, gather customer requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized AIoT solutions.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Track and follow up on leads, sales activities, and project progress.
Technical & Product Understanding
- Gain product knowledge and understand DeltaFrontier's key AIoT offerings in facial recognition, smart workspace, and data center automation.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver impactful client presentations and product demonstrations.
- Stay updated with market developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activities in the AIoT and smart building industries.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: at least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in technology, automation, or smart solutions industries. Fresh graduates with strong motivation are also welcome.
- Experience in content creation, copywriting, or managing marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confident in preparing and delivering sales/marketing presentations.
- Familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Canva, Meta, Google Analytics, etc.).

- Working days: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Annual leave: 12 days for employees with less than 2 years of service, plus 1 additional day per year from 2 to under 5 years, and 16 days for 5 years or more.
