Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Hanoi Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and developing sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, leading sales teams, maintaining and improving customer satisfaction, and providing market insights to support product and service improvements. The role also requires ongoing collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience selling in the textile or garment industry with relationships with factory's, brands, and/or buying houses
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Strong skills in sales strategy development, market analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Fluency in English is preferred
