Sales support

  • Cold calling for any new potential customers.
  • Identify and develop key marketing operations processes to improve overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist the company's sales growth and increase sales volume with profitability in mind and jointly work.
  • Conduct follow-up visits to customers and evaluation the vital needs of the customers.
  • Apply Farming and Hunting model in Sales.
  • Nurture existing client relationships to increase volume and cross-sell services (warehousing, customs clearance).
  • Assist in preparing and tender submission.
  • Assist the project arm if required.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Typically 1-3 years in freight forwarding sales, business development, or logistics.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Air & Sea Freight, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
  • Skills: Proven ability to meet sales targets, strong negotiation skills, and effective communication.
