Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales Execution & Revenue Delivery

• Own and deliver revenue targets for assigned project(s)

• Execute sales plans and ensure achievement of daily/weekly/monthly targets

• Monitor pipeline, conversion rates, and sales performance

2. Team Leadership

• Manage and lead a team of Sales Consultants

• Provide daily coaching, deal support, and performance tracking

• Drive discipline, motivation, and closing capability within the team

3. Deal Closing & Client Management

• Support key deals and high-value clients

• Ensure strong client experience and maximize conversion

• Handle objections and complex negotiations when needed

4. Coordination & Reporting

• Report performance and insights to Sales Director

• Work closely with Marketing for lead generation and campaign execution

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate
  • Proven experience managing a frontline sales team
  • Strong hands-on closing experience
  • Experience managing project-level sales performance

Capabilities 

  •  Strong execution and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to coach and manage Sales Consultants
  • Strong closing, negotiation, and client handling skills
  • Good understanding of project sales process and customer journey
  • Ability to track performance metrics and team productivity
