About the Role
Elitech is a global leader in digital temperature control technology and Cold chain. We're hiring our first on-the-ground sales hire in Vietnam — a self-driven hunter who knows the local commercial refrigeration industry and comes with real OEM contacts ready to activate.
Working place: around/in Ho Chi Minh or Hanoi
What You'll Do
- Open and develop relationships with Vietnam's major commercial freezer manufacturers (e.g. Sanaky, Hoa Phat, Alaska) and get Elitech into their procurement conversations
- Identify and onboard refrigeration component wholesalers as local distribution partners
- Feed HQ with ground-level market intelligence — key players, competitor landscape, how buying decisions get made
- Coordinate with Elitech's technical team when customers have product or engineering questions
3. Must/prefered-have Qualifications
Must-have:
- 3-5+ years in B2B sales within commercial refrigeration — ideally from an OEM manufacturer, equipment brand, or component distributor
- An active network inside procurement or sourcing departments at Vietnamese freezer OEMs
- Hunter mentality — you've opened markets, not just managed accounts
- Fluent Vietnamese; working English for HQ communication
Nice to have:
- Direct experience selling to or from brands like Sanaky, Hoa Phat, Alaska, Aqua, Panasonic, Electrolux, Midea, LG, Samsung or Klaus
- Prior distributor/channel development experience
- Exposure to F&B, cold chain, or hospitality sectors in Vietnam
Compensation
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
- The more you close, the more you earn — no ceiling, no limits
