Channel Development: Identify, recruit, and sign up local distributors, agents, and Key Accounts (KAs) across Vietnam.
Distributor Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners. Oversee product distribution, in-store display, and promotional activities to meet sales targets.
Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends and competitor activities. Provide timely feedback and contribute to the development of localized sales strategies.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in channel distribution. Background in Consumer Electronics is highly preferred.
Resources: Familiarity with Vietnam's channel structure is a must; existing local client resources are a strong advantage.
Core Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, results-oriented mindset, and willingness to travel frequently.
Language:English proficiency as a working language; Mandarin is a plus.
