INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER (EXPAT BASED IN VIETNAM)

We are expanding our international team and are seeking a market-oriented International Sales Manager to accelerate our growth across key global markets.
This role is designed for experienced expat sales professionals who understand international B2B dynamics, thrive in manufacturing environments, and want real ownership over market development.
What You Will Own:
- Develop and execute market-specific sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the US, EU and other international markets.
- Manage and expand relationships with key distributors, importers and retail partners.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and convert qualified leads into long-term partnerships.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions and contract finalization.
- Ensure consistent margin protection and sustainable account growth.
- Deliver structured reporting on pipeline, forecasts, customer performance and market insights.
- Collaborate closely with production, supply chain and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution.
What We Are Looking For
- 3 years of B2B international sales experience, ideally within outdoor furniture, home dcor, or related manufacturing sectors.
- Solid understanding of export markets and global customer expectations.
- Strong negotiation capability with a track record of closing and growing strategic accounts.
- Commercially sharp mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Professional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience working with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
