Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our business in the Indian market. The successful candidate will drive sales strategy, develop tailored tour programs, manage a high-performing team, and build strong relationships with key clients and partners in the travel and tourism industry (including leisure, MICE, FAM, and VIP groups). This role is critical to expanding market presence, achieving revenue targets, and enhancing our company's brand in the region

Qualifications

·   Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

·  Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in travel sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team-lead role, preferably within a Destination Management Company (DMC), tour operator, or MICE-focused organization.

·  Proven track record of successfully closing B2B deals, developing tour programs, and achieving sales targets in the Indian inbound market.

·  In-depth knowledge of the Indian travel market, MICE segment, group travel dynamics, costing, and supplier negotiation.

·   Strong existing network with travel agents, corporate clients, or partners in India is highly desirable.

· Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian regional languages is a strong advantage.
