Overview:

The successful candidate will develop and implement logistics and planning strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring smooth supply chain operations from inbound materials to finished products. You will lead a global team, optimize logistics networks, and champion innovation and sustainability initiatives across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Customs Compliance & Clearance

Handle end-to-end customs procedures for import and export shipments in Hai Phong and Ha Tinh.
Prepare, review, and submit customs declarations and related documentation.
Coordinate with customs authorities, brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely clearance.
Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese customs laws, regulations, and company policies.

Import & Export Operations

Manage customs clearance for machinery, equipment, molds, components, vehicles, and other materials.
Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve customs-related issues or delays

Payment & Cost Optimization

Review transportation costs in accordance with contracts; verify invoices and ensure supporting documents comply with regulations.

Coordinate with the Accounting team to ensure payments are made on time and within the approved budget.

Monitor supplier payables, flag any variances, and control the logistics operating budget.

Consolidate and prepare periodic logistics cost reports; propose solutions to optimize and reduce operating costs.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain planning, and production control, preferably in a global and dynamic environment.

Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills with a track record of driving supply chain optimization and sustainability projects.

Excellent stakeholder management and supplier negotiation abilities.

Familiarity with advanced logistics technologies and compliance standards.

Ability to lead and inspire diverse teams to achieve ambitious goals.
