Overview:

The successful candidate will develop and implement logistics and planning strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring smooth supply chain operations from inbound materials to finished products. You will lead a global team, optimize logistics networks, and champion innovation and sustainability initiatives across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Customs Compliance & Clearance

  • Handle end-to-end customs procedures for import and export shipments in Hai Phong and Ha Tinh.

  • Prepare, review, and submit customs declarations and related documentation.

  • Coordinate with customs authorities, brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely clearance.

  • Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese customs laws, regulations, and company policies.

Import & Export Operations

  • Manage customs clearance for machinery, equipment, molds, components, vehicles, and other materials.

  • Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve customs-related issues or delays

Payment & Cost Optimization

  • Review transportation costs in accordance with contracts; verify invoices and ensure supporting documents comply with regulations.

  • Coordinate with the Accounting team to ensure payments are made on time and within the approved budget.

  • Monitor supplier payables, flag any variances, and control the logistics operating budget.

  • Consolidate and prepare periodic logistics cost reports; propose solutions to optimize and reduce operating costs.



  • Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain planning, and production control, preferably in a global and dynamic environment.

  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills with a track record of driving supply chain optimization and sustainability projects.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and supplier negotiation abilities.

  • Familiarity with advanced logistics technologies and compliance standards.

  • Ability to lead and inspire diverse teams to achieve ambitious goals.
