Responsibilities:

Lead overall sales operations: sales performance, brand management, revenue & GM.

Develop & execute business plans.

Manage existing customers and expand distribution channels.

Conduct market & competitor analysis to propose growth strategies.

Build strong relationships with customers, partners & suppliers.

Review sales contracts and manage team performance.

Oversee risk management for receivables & inventory.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related fields.

4+ years of experience in a similar managerial role.

Strong knowledge of Server, Storage, IT/ICT products or enterprise infrastructure

solutions

Skills in business development, negotiation & strategic planning.

Fluent English; proficient in MS Office.

Strong leadership, decision-making & time management skills.
