Our client, a well-known player in foam materials, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive new business development across seating, mattresses, and furniture segments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for foam materials used in seating, mattresses, and furniture
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts
- Lead and manage a small sales team (2 members), including coaching and performance management
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to drive business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
- Report sales performance and forecasts directly to the General Director
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Materials, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in foam, furniture, bedding, or related materials
- Prior team management experience with strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
- Results-driven with strong business development mindset
