Sales Manager - ERP Solutions

BTM Global, established in 2004, is a long-term Gold Partner of Oracle and a specialized implementation partner for NetSuite solutions in Vietnam. Headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, with a branch in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, BTM Global provides consulting, integration, and deployment services for NetSuite ERP & CRM systems on cloud-based platforms. Additionally, the company delivers Oracle and E-Commerce solutions tailored for retailers ranging from small stores to globally recognized retail corporations.

We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager for ERP Solutions to join our team on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of ERP solutions by building relationships with clients, identifying their business needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to achieve sales targets and support business growth.

• Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
• Knowledge of ERP solutions, CRM systems, and cloud-based platforms
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide customized solutions
• Experience working in the technology or retail sectors is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• Willingness to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
