To lead the sales expansion of DHAS stationery products within Hanoi and the surrounding Northern provinces, ensuring aggressive revenue growth and strong brand positioning.
Responsibilities
Market Expansion
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the Hanoi market, focusing on B2B (corporates), B2C (retail/bookstores), and GT (General Trade) channels.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing local sales team to meet and exceed monthly/annual targets.
Key Account Management
- Directly manage relationships with major stationery distributors and large corporate clients in Northern Vietnam.
Inventory & Forecasting
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and accurate sales forecasting for the Hanoi warehouse.
Competitor Analysis
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing in the stationery sector to provide actionable feedback to the management team.
Brand Representation
- Organize and attend trade fairs, school activations, and corporate events to increase DHAS brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 57 years of experience in Sales, with at least 3 years specifically in the Stationery or Office Supplies industry.
- Demonstrated success in hitting sales KPIs and managing distribution networks in Hanoi.
- Existing network of stationery distributors, bookstores (like Fahasa or Nguyen Van Cu), and office supply wholesalers in Northern Vietnam.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese (native) and English (professional working proficiency) to communicate with regional HQ.
- Strong ability to mentor junior sales staff and drive a culture of accountability.
- Expert-level negotiation skills, particularly regarding credit terms and volume discounts.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel (for pricing models and data analysis).
- English: Good communication (spoken and written)
- Local language (Vietnam): Native or fluent
- Proficiency in Thai is an advantage
