Job Description

*Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Exhibition Sales Manager to lead the sales and marketing efforts for Coex Vina's exhibitions in Vietnam. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting both Vietnamese and international companies to participate in our prestigious events.

*Responsibilities

- Market Research

: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential exhibitors and sponsors in the field of industrial and manufacturing, both within Vietnam and internationally.

- Lead Generation

: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, including reaching out to industry leaders, associations, and organizations to promote exhibition participation.

-Sales and Partnership Building

: Cultivate relationships with key industry players and decision-makers, both locally and globally, to secure exhibitors and sponsors for the event.

-Customized Proposals

: Prepare tailored exhibition proposals and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of participation to potential clients.

-Negotiation and Contract Management

: Negotiate exhibition and sponsorship agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties. Manage contract documentation and payments.

-Promotion and Marketing

: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns to promote the exhibition, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.

-Attend Industry Events

: Represent Coex Vina at industry-related events and trade shows to network and generate interest in our exhibition.

*Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or an industrial-related field

-Proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing, with a minimum of [3] years of relevant experience in event management or the industrial and manufacturing industry.

-Strong network and relationships within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

-Proficiency in English and Vietnamese languages (written and spoken).

-Willingness to travel as required.
