Position: Sales Manager, Chinese speaking
Budget: 80-100 mil VND/month + bonus
Location: Hanoi or Bac Ninh (Home-based/hybrid)
Reporting to: Regional Director
Company Overview
Our client is a fast-growing automation and industrial equipment company specializing in high-precision manufacturing solutions for the electronics and semiconductor industries. The company provides advanced equipment such as vision inspection systems, sensors, SMT-related equipment, glue dispensing machines, and other factory automation solutions to global manufacturing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales activities for machine and industrial equipment in Northern Vietnam.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key accounts including manufacturers such as Apple, Foxconn, Fusheng, and other EMS/electronics manufacturing customers.
- Promote and sell products including:
- Vision inspection systems
- Sensors
- SMT equipment
- Glue dispensing machines
- Factory automation solutions
- Work closely with Regional Director and overseas technical teams to support customer requirements and project execution.
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation, quotation, negotiation, and closing to after-sales coordination.
- Build strong relationships with customer engineering, purchasing, and management teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer expansion plans within electronics manufacturing industry.
- Prepare sales forecast, pipeline updates, and regular reports to management.
- Support exhibitions, technical seminars, and customer visits when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in industrial equipment, automation, SMT, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong experience selling equipment/machines such as vision inspection systems, sensors, SMT equipment, glue dispensers, or similar automation products.
- Existing network with EMS/electronics manufacturers is highly preferred.
- Familiar with customers in consumer electronics manufacturing environment.
- Fluent Chinese communication is mandatory (spoken and written).
- Good English communication is preferred.
- Strong commercial mindset, negotiation, and account management skills.
- Self-driven and able to work independently in a home-based setup.
- Willing to travel within Northern Vietnam and occasionally overseas.
