The Sales Manager, Bancassurance is responsible for managing the daily sales activities and execution plan of sales units in order to achieve the APE target. He/she will develop the distribution strategies and tactical plan for execution.
- Review business processes and implement new initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Build strong relationships with partners at top management and branch levels on aiming to activate partners business in solid manner
- Manage and provide coaching and mentoring the sales management team and the sales execution team
- Assist the Head of Department in supporting market intelligence information to formulate strategies
- Coordinate with internal departments to obtain required resources and necessary support to achieve business goals
Required Qualifications
- A good bachelor degree, majoring in Marketing, Business Management
- Preferably obtain some basic life insurance qualifications
- Has a dynamic personality with good ability to interact with different people and levels
- With strong communication skills with ability to communicate confidently at all level
- Strong analytical abilities and business acumen
- Self-motivated and drive to achieve high income
- Should have worked in banks or insurance company for at least 4 to 5 years, in sales in Bancassurance/other alternative distribution
- Has reasonable knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other designing software
