Roles & Responsibilities

  • To manage overall sales activity for the Paper Board business to meet the organization's short and long-term business objectives.
  • Must have B2B sales experience.
  • Responsible for P&L accountabilities
  • Responsible for the overall sales activity for the Board business, including budget setting, sales allocation, sales operation & planning coordination, key customer relationship management, and customer services.
  • Establish the sales policies, standards & procedures to ensure quantity, quality & cost effectiveness of the Board business.
  • Develop good customer base to grow the Board business; manage the relationship with key customers.
  • Establish the sales forces based in key international markets; manage, motivate and develop the sales forces.
  • Drive the transformation from product sales to solution sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA preferred.
  • At least 5 years of successful commercial management experience. Preferably similar industries.
  • Preferably strong understanding of packaging market dynamics, relevant product knowledge and customer needs.
  • Commercially savvy with high business acumen.
  • Familiar with international trading terms and best practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing and presentation skills. Good leadership and people management skills. Resilient; willing and able to be hands-on; good at numbers.
  • Proficient in English & Mandarin
