Job Description

Develop and implement business plans, sales programs, and customer care activities; take full responsibility for the Sales Department's performance before the Board of Directors.
Build sales strategies and set revenue targets (monthly/quarterly/yearly) aligned with company goals.
Analyze market trends and competitors to propose pricing and product strategies.
Propose optimal solutions to enhance competitiveness in sales policies, revenue growth, and development strategies.
Manage and motivate the sales team:
Recruit, train sales skills and product knowledge
Handle issues and incidents within the department and customer service activities.
Build KPI systems, monitor performance, support and motivate the team to achieve targets.
Develop and expand customer channels while maintaining long-term relationships:
Identify potential customers and strategic partners
Report sales performance and business forecasts to the Board of Directors
Manage sales budgets and accounts receivable
Establish and monitor sales processes, reporting systems, customer service processes, and execution plans
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department to implement sales support campaigns
Update market trends, pricing policies, competitors, and new product trends; propose timely programs and policies
Evaluate business performance and propose improvements
Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales Director.
