  • Generate market insights to identify potential opportunities and trends in the APAC market.
  • Define target markets and customer segments aligned with the company's service offerings.
  • Develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and customer personas to optimize sales targeting.
  • Build and execute end-to-end sales strategies from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Manage the full sales cycle (AZ) including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and contract signing.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Drive revenue growth and market expansion in the APAC region.

Yu cu cng vic

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
  • About 5 years in sales B2B position, 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales Leader/Manager, in IT Services / IT Outsourcing.
  • Fluent English communication skills, especially in business discussions and negotiations.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have an existing customer portfolio and the ability to bring or build a sales team when joining GMO
  • Proven experience in developing international markets, particularly in APAC.
  • Strong ability to identify market opportunities, define target customers, and build sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing the full sales cycle (AZ) including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closing.
  • Experience in managing and developing Sales/Account teams with clear revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with international clients.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and achieve sales targets.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and accountable for business performance.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary UP TO 30M (To be determined through direct discussion during the interview) + sales bonus + team performance bonus+year-end bonus (>50M/month)
