What You'll Do

As Sales Manager (APAC), you will play a central role in shaping the future of sales operations across one of the world's most dynamic regions.   • Identify new business opportunities and actively promote PVC compound penetration across diverse markets within the Asia Pacific region.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners, ensuring long-term engagement and mutual success.
  • Negotiate contracts effectively to secure sustainable growth for both the company and its clients.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers while leading initiatives aimed at expanding market presence.
  • Analyse profit and loss by segment, recommending product changes that enhance value for customers.
  • Design and execute promotional campaigns while defining pricing policies that reflect market realities.
  • Enhance the company's image through digital channels by implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Prepare detailed sales budgets and quarterly forecasts to guide business planning and resource allocation.
  • Monitor performance metrics, adjust pricing as needed, and manage cost fluctuations to optimise profitability.
  • Develop prospecting plans focused on increasing market share across APAC territories.
  • Support trade negotiations by resolving client issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage offers, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and promote adherence to quality and safety standards throughout all operations.
  • Negotiate global contracts with major clients and participate in international meetings representing the organisation's interests.
  • Undertake additional tasks assigned by the General Manager as required.
