2. Location: Remoted

3. Platform: AI Talent H&HIS – Vietnam's First AI-Powered Talent Intelligence & Assessment Platform

Your Role Beyond an Sales Manager (AI Talent – H&HIS)

1. Responsible for driving business growth for H&HIS's AI Talent solutions and the entire AI Talent H&HIS ecosystem.

2. Build and expand the HR AI market for enterprise customers.

3. Develop and manage a strong enterprise sales pipeline.

4. Execute the full end-to-end sales cycle.

5. Build, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships.

6. Ensure quarterly and annual sales targets are achieved.

Who We're Looking For

1. Preferably with experience from 2-5 years of experience in HR Tech, SaaS, HR Consulting, AI, or Data solution sales.

2. Preferably with experience selling to CHROs, CEOs, and senior HR leaders.

3. Strong understanding of HR domains: Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning.

4. Startup mindset: fast, adaptable, responsible, and self-driven.

5. Good command of English.
