Cake – Digital Bank is looking for a seasoned Merchant Product – Acquisition to lead the design, and execution of products tailored to MSME merchants—especially those operating on digital platforms such as e-commerce, ride-hailing, shop owner, and social commerce.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Solution Development
- Design and deliver tailored solution packages for MSME merchants across tactical use cases and touchpoints.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Product Management, Risk, Legal, and Operations to support successful and impactful launches.
2. Product Acquisition
- Support Product Managers in monitoring and orchestrating product acquisition plans across channels (B2C, Digital) to drive performance.
- Develop persona-adaptive sales scripts and conduct sales training to improve sales productivity.
3. Customer Journey & Insights
- Support Product Managers in monitoring effectiveness and gathering feedback at journey touchpoints to recommend and implement improvements.
- Optimize products through data-driven insights and behavioral analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business , Finance, Banking or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product acquisition or product portfolios management in fintech, digital banking, or digital platforms that serve merchants.
- Good understanding of MSME merchant needs, cash flow patterns, and ecosystems such as e-commerce, ride-hailing, or social commerce is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with partnership solution or sales management is a strong advantage.
- Data-driven with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, taking ownership and teamwork capabilities.
- Highly proactive, detail oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
