About The Team
As a member of the Sales Intelligence team, you will support the development of tools, dashboards, trackers, and early warning systems that help the BD (Business Development) and backline teams operate smarter and faster. You will also assist in risk control efforts by monitoring data anomalies, detecting potential fraud, and documenting operating procedures.
Job Description
- Data Tracking & BD Insights
- Design and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor BD and seller performance
- Create data visualizations to support decision-making for frontline teams (BD staff and leaders)
- Support development of automation tools and the Early Warning System to flag underperformance risks (BD or seller side)
- Conduct regular data reviews and contribute insights to optimize sales operations
- Policy Compliance & Risk Management
- Monitor and investigate suspicious activities such as collusion between sellers and BD, or abuse of internal ratecards/incentives
- Assist in escalating and resolving policy violations in collaboration with Legal/Finance/Operations
- Support the documentation and maintenance of BD operating SOPs, especially those related to performance and compliance
- Execute routine audits and prepare reports for the Senior Associate
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related technical fields
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel; knowledge of SQL, Looker Studio, or other BI tools is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and data accuracy
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and discretion when handling sensitive data
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
