Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive (TA/Corporate Market) for Swiss-Belvillas Solavita Binh Tien (based in Ho Chi Minh City) to develope and manage relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients to drive room revenue and brand awareness. The role focuses on account development, contract negotiation, booking coordination, and performance tracking to maximize revenue and build long-term strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and Manage TA/Corporate Accounts

  • Identify, expand, and develop relationships with travel partners (Travel Agents, Tour Operators) and corporate clients.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, especially key and strategic partners.
  • Prepare market approach plans and conduct regular client visits/meetings to increase brand awareness and drive revenue.

2. Sales & Contract Negotiation

  • Present the hotel's products and services; recommend suitable room packages, promotions, and cooperation programs.
  • Negotiate rates and commercial terms; prepare and manage TA/Corporate contracts.
  • Monitor contract validity, handle timely renewals, and ensure all agreed terms are properly implemented.

3. Manage Bookings from TA/Corporate Partners

  • Monitor and follow up on booking requests from travel agencies and corporate clients.
  • Coordinate with the Reservations team to ensure contracted rates are applied correctly and bookings are confirmed promptly.
  • Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests in a timely manner.

4. Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track revenue by account and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
  • Evaluate partner performance and propose appropriate sales action plans.
  • Prepare revenue plans and market forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar sales role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of the TA and corporate market.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, room rate optimization, and sales performance evaluation.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle client and partner situations effectively.
  • Market-oriented, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure.
