1. Job Purpose
- The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by actively seeking new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role supports the execution of strategic sales plans and collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer experiences and achieve company goals
2. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager/Lead in executing strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure to post-event follow-up.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations tailored to different customer segments.
- Handle negotiations, close sales, and resolve client objections professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clubs, corporate partners, and sports communities.
- Actively seek out new sales leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and social media.
- Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams for continuous improvement.
- Review market research to understand emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Athletes Development, Bi-Ai, and other departments to create integrated campaigns and seamless customer journeys.
- Represent the sales team at event venues, managing on-site sales booths and engaging directly with customers.
- Ensure all administrative processes, such as invoicing and CRM updates, are handled efficiently.
3. Required Skills & Competencies

- Solid negotiation, presentation, and closing capabilities.
- Ability to actively prospect, build pipelines, and manage customer relationships.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership, accountability, and ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
- Proficient in CRM usage, reporting, and sales administration
Nice-to-have
- Experience in events, sports, or ticket-based sales environments.
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior sales team members.
4. Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or related commercial roles.
- Experience handling corporate clients, groups, or community partnerships is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
