Job Description
1. Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Develop new customers from the company's customer database.
Contact and approach customers to identify needs, prepare quotations, follow up on quotation progress, and send samples until orders are confirmed.
Plan meetings and interactions with customers to introduce products and understand requirements.
Support customers new requests.
Participate in company exhibitions to connect with potential customers.
2. Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
Fresh graduates with a Chemical Engineering degree are acceptable
Fluent English communication is an advantage.
Hardworking, honest, proactive, and eager to learn.
Strong interest in working in a dynamic business environment.
Experience selling chemical products is an advantage
