Sales Executive in Vietnam, you own and grow client relationships across the heavy lifting and engineered transport market. You identify new business opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and support the flawless execution of complex lifting projects. Based in Vietnam, you play a key role in driving revenue growth while representing Sarens as a trusted technical partner who always delivers on safety, precision and reliability.

Your Job In a Nutshell
- Develop and manage customer relationships within the Vietnamese heavy lifting and transport market.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively build a strong sales pipeline.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts in line with Sarens guidelines.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, operations and project teams to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the full sales and project lifecycle.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and commercial reports for management.
- Report directly to the Country Manager and work closely with the regional commercial team.

commercial professional with a strong technical mindset, comfortable navigating complex projects and long-term client relationships. You combine
negotiation strength with trust-building skills and thrive in an autonomous, project-driven environment. You take ownership, communicate clearly, and always keep safety and quality front of mind.
Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales or account management role within construction, crane, heavy equipment or industrial services.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent).
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and commercial priorities simultaneously.
- Understanding of contract management, budgeting and commercial reporting.
- Willingness to travel within Vietnam as required.
- Valid driving licence.
Preferred
- Experience in crane rental or heavy lifting solutions.
- Exposure to project-based or engineered service environments.
- Experience working with ERP or CRM systems.
